Job Summary:
The Slickline Specialist will start the career with 6 weeks of training in Abu Dhabi before returning to Norway, ready to start practicing what you have learnt at our state-of-the-art training center. As a Slickline Specialist you will oversee a small crew, working as One Team. You will travel offshore to installations all over the coast of Norway to perform various Wireline services. You are the interface between SLB & the Customer – you are our face & voice offshore where you will deliver safe, efficient & reliable services.

As a Slickline Specialist the main focus will be Slickline Services, but you will also be trained and exposed for eLine. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
• Coach and Mentor your peers

Experience

• 2 – 3-year technical college associated degree or relevant work experience.
• Prior Experience within Slickline (Mechanical Wireline) is a requirement
• IWCF Level 4
