Job Description Summary

You are a person that is eager to learn and contribute with innovating ideas. With a quality driven motivation in giving support, training or assistance.

You will work in a team based in Kongsberg/Norway on established machinery and contribute to new development with the inhouse RnD department.

Some travel activity to be foreseen and especially in the beginning to better learn how our products are used and the environment they are in.

Main responsibilities and key activities

- Giving Support and training towards internal and external Service

- Contribution to new development

- Review and claim technical documentation

- Be the voice of service, customers and other

Qualifications and professional knowledge

- Secondary school in Electrical/Mechanics and /or Field Service experience.

- Experience in a similar position within industry or heavy machinery environment.

- Business knowledge of English.

- Good understanding of OS

- Remote diagnostic and/or automation experience is favorable
