To help us achieve Yara's ambitions, the Digital Core Solutions (DCS) unit is building digital solutions to optimize our core operations across multiple domains - including sustainability & traceability, production, and sales & marketing domains.

We are currently hiring a Program Manager - Industrials to join the Digital Sustainability and Traceability domain.

The vision for Digital Sustainability & Traceability (DST) is to deliver innovative digital solutions in Yara's core business that enable Yara to deliver on its key strategic goal of growing a Nature-Positive Food Future.

This will help to create a measurable and positive global impact to help feed the world and contribute to a responsible food system while protecting nature, reducing emissions, and improving livelihoods.

As Program Manager - Industrials you will have a unique opportunity to take the lead in shaping how we support our business through the delivery of new innovative global solutions that deliver on our sustainability goals and enable new business focusing on our range of industrial solutions. You will be part of the Digital Sustainability and Traceability Management Team and report to Director, Digital Sustainability & Traceability.

What you will be doing

* Explore, define, and execute the digital strategy across Industrial products in Yara.
* Develop and implement innovative global program roadmaps to support Yara´s progress towards its Nature positive carbon goal.
* Work closely together with key stakeholders to deliver solutions that enable current and new business and that are delivered on an appropriate timeline.
* Responsible for program delivery, internal reporting, and managing inputs from multiple product teams.
* Build strategic relationships with suppliers and external and internal partners.
* Attract, retain, and develop a highly capable and international product team.
* Help evaluate and operationalize emerging IoT technology that meets Yara's needs.
* Develop process and subsequently leverage data, analytics and reporting to provide guidance to support business decisions.

* MSc in a relevant discipline and 5+ yrs. experience in areas such as supply chain, process engineering, and information technologies.
* Successful track record of building and leading high-performing digital teams and leading program/ product development from idea to execution
* A strong interest in delivering nature-positive sustainability solutions.
* Experience working in complex stakeholder environments, and you will have strong communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
