Prosjektstyring - Senior planlegger

We are looking for a forthcoming dedicated colleague who take initiative, is structured, and collaborate well with people. As our planner, you will take responsibility for planning and scheduling activities, from engineering to commissioning, of Uptimes logistic systems.

The position will report to Head of Projects and will involve collaboration with all departments and disciplines.

General tasks:

• Manage and coordinate master plan and resource analysis (engineering, procurement, construction, MC & commissioning).
• Use a systematic approach; plan, define clear priorities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Merge project plans from different OEM and development projects in company master plan.
• Follow up the overall scheduling according to contract, authority regulations and Uptime work processes.
• Provide management team and project management with scheduling analysis to ensure correct decisions.
• Communicate all potential scheduling issues to ensure needed adjustments, mitigation and improved performance.
• Proactively search for opportunities to improve the schedule and ensure materialization.
• As part of the Senior Planer position Project Management on assigned individual OEM projects must be expected. 

Qualifications:

• B.Sc or M.Sc degree.
• Minimum 5 years' work experience within project planning.
• Experience from several project phases (engineering, procurement, construction, MC & commissioning).
• Excellent skills within the use of MS Project.
• Highly competent within critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis – monitor and follow up closely.
• Scenario planning with the ability to suggest mitigating actions to recover project delay.
• High loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements.
• Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others.
• Solid communication skills in English - verbally and written work.
