Our pumps have earned a reputation as the most reliable and efficient tool available, ensuring safe and uninterrupted vessel operation while at the same time supporting sustainable shipping.

Now, we are taking the next step forward, using our expertise and experience to innovate new pumps for liquefied gases such as LNG, LPG, Ammonia, and CO2. We are also using our existing pumps for Methanol fuel transfer in a rapidly growing market for greener fuels in shipping.

To execute on our ambitious new business targets, we are looking for highly motivated

Sales & Business Developers to join our new sales team for commercial activities related to this new product group in Framo. The team will be responsible for delivering on our sales targets, while at the same time executing on liquefied gas business development initiatives.

We encourage both graduates and candidates sales engineers to apply for the positions.

You will get the opportunity to be an essential part of building a new business in Framo, into exciting and growing markets related to the energy transition. Overall mission is to successfully establish and expand Framo into the Liquefied Gas & Fuel segments. This new venture is an important part of our company´s strategic plan and is defined as a new growth leg for Framo.

You will be working across internal departments, towards our abroad offices, partners, and customers worldwide. Daily contact with existing and potential new clients ranging from Ship Owners, Energy majors, Shipyards, and other stakeholders in the marine industry, throughout countries in every part of the world. You will be engaged into all vessel segments, ranging from Container Ships, Bulk, Product & Chemical Tankers, Car Carriers, Liquefied Gas Carriers and many more.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Eagerly contribute to the strategic business plan that expands Framo’s customer base and ensures strong presence in new segments for Framo.
  • Identify sales leads and prioritize, target and pitch to these prospects.
  • Monitor and research the new Liquefied Gas & Fuel segments.
  • Participate in the development and continual improvement of the marketing strategy.
  • Close collaboration with our R&D departments and factories to continuously develop and improve the new product portfolio of Liquefied Gas & Fuel Pumps.


Formal qualifications and preferred personal qualities:

  • Higher technical education
  • In possession of, or passion to develop a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability and willingness for extensive travelling for meetings with clients and stakeholders.
