As Business Developer you will play a key part in our ambitious strategy, where your primary role will be to support our Head of Sales to develop and build our sales operations. We are primarily aimed toward heavy road transport, maritime customer segments and industries using hydrogen in all kinds of applications.
Primary task:
- Contribute to further develop our sales strategy together with the Head of Sales
- Be present in relevant forums and establish relationships with key alliance partners
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and establish strategies for pursuing those opportunities
- Identify key customers, presenting the company and establish dialogues to understand their business needs, objectives and spot commercial opportunities In the early stages
- At all times have an ongoing portfolio of possible customer leads
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing and Sales or Economics
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (management consultant, strategy, business development)
- The ability to communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with passion and drive
- An analytical and structured approach with a strategic and commercial mindset
- Is self-motivated and team-oriented
- Hands-on-attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and either Norwegian or Swedish
- The ability to co-operate well with others in an international environment with different stakeholders and to build relationships for future business in every interaction
The role will preferably be located in Norway in Oslo or Ålesund. (Other locations can be agreed upon for the right candidate as we are expanding with more office locations in the Nordic region over the next few years)
