HR Site Manager
Are you an experienced HR professional with a business mindset? Do you truly believe that business success is a product of people engagement and motivating leadership? We are searching for an engaged HR Site Manager to provide overall HR support to the leaders of Subsea Services and Bergen Site.

Job description:
- You are expected to contribute to improve the business performance and support leaders in all HR related areas.
- You will actively contribute to Subsea Services and HR overall strategy and execution.
- Ensure that the Site is compliance with all HR legal requirements in terms of laws and regulations
- Ensures correct and timely implementation of HR strategies and policies
- Part of the Subsea Services Norway and HR Norway leadership team
- Accountable for local personnel care capabilities within the Subsea Services Incident Management Team
- Responsible for a team of HR Business Partners
- Close collaboration with Unions and Safety Delegates
You are meant for this job if:
- Higher education in Human Resource Management or relevant field. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- 8-10 years of experience within HR, Management, Consultancy or similar
- Knowledge of employee/labor relations, labor laws and government regulations
- Ability to coach and advice managers
- Understanding of overall business with an eye for structure and details
- Stamina for high volume workload in a rapidly changing environment
- Communicate well in Norwegian and English
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Norway, without sponsorship
