Interwell is a Norwegian company headquartered in Stavanger. We help operating companies get the most out of their wells, reduce their carbon footprint and develop new technology to support the green shift of the industry.

We have a proud history of growth and have been delivering solid results for 30 years. We plan to continue growing and are currently in the middle of integrating another very successful company. With this integration, we will number more than 700 highly skilled employees of 35 nationalities, with operations in Europe, Caspian, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and the Americas - and we're not done growing. To make sure we reach our goals we need to further professionalize and strengthen our HR team, people policies, and systems.

Because we are in an organizational change process, we're relatively open to what experience our new HR team member comes with, and where their strengths lie. But we do know we want someone who is motivated by building a solid foundation for the future of Interwell, who shows initiative, and who wants to deliver tangible results.

Main Activities & Responsibilities depend on who you are, but may include:

  • Provide management support in HR processes within the organization
  • HR support during integration process
  • HR related documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Support the roll-out of HR initiatives
  • Employee life-cycle support, including performance, succession, and talent development
  • Various administrative and IT support

We would like you to have:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree and/or HR experience 
  • Knowledge of HR related laws and regulations
  • Digital literacy
  • Knowledge of and experience working with HRMS
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian - verbal and written

You will be based out of our Trondheim office and limited travel may be expected. This is a temporary position with an 15 month duration, extension may be possible depending on project needs.
