Growth Hacker

ECIT Labs AS is a software company developing B2B software for making business processes digital. We have a pool of new technology ready for commercialization and need your help. The Growth Hacked role will report to the management team and work cross borders with focus on markets in the Nordics and Germany. You will be involved in brand building, communication, digital marketing, building sales pipelines, and CRM.  

We are looking for someone creative that enjoy working in a dynamic company, with strong growth focus. Your contribution will be key for commercialization of our products. You will collaborate with both product owners, sales and management to create a strong brand utilising all available technology.  

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate has a background within software product marketing in different European countries and has deep knowledge in how to utilize different automation platforms for marketing.  

You will:

• Plan and execute campaigns
• Set up marketing plans for products including budgets, timing for campaigns and other activities
• Track and analyse performance of campaigns
• Create content together with product management
• Plan of we most efficiently spend our budget on marketing
• Contribute with new, creative ideas on how we can market our products

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably from the software industry.
• Relevant education in marketing studies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Excellent English skills, fluent in Norwegian
