Who are we?

We opened the doors to Gastroteket in November 2021, in the brand new Via Vika building. Our restaurant has 160 seats inside and a cozy streetpatio with 100 seats outside. We are located in the heart of Oslo city center in the middle of Aker Brygge and Nationaltheatret, with many agttractive hubs nearby.

With a young, dynamic team working in the kitchen area, we serve a mix of comfort food for lunch and a more playful and varied menu in the evening - mixing gastropub classics with a more elevated menu offering both snacks and mains a la carte.

Our goal is to be the relaxed meeting point in Vika, where many oslo-citizens work and live!

What are we looking for?

We are looking to add two more members to our kitchen crew. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a la carte restaurants with a busy pace. Gastroteket Vika will be a great place to grow and develop as a professional chef.

The positions are 100%, and interviews will be held continuously.
