Yara's Corporate Strategy & Development team is responsible for driving Yara's strategy and corporate business development activities. We are now searching for a high-performing Senior Project Manager to join the team. The team drives the corporate strategy and growth agenda, manages key strategic projects, and supports the Yara regional and functional units with strategy development. In this role, you will work closely with Yara's Top Management team, the different regions, and the local business units, as well as the other corporate functions. We are an international team, with team members from different nationalities and backgrounds.

As a senior project manager, you will lead strategy projects, which help Yara shape its strategic agenda and move ahead in strategy execution. Projects will cover both evolving Yara's existing crop nutrition business, as well as innovation topics in new business areas to expand and grow Yara's portfolio. In addition to project work, you will collaborate with the strategy team and stakeholders across Yara to jointly shape Yara's group strategic agenda and priorities. You will work alongside and get exposure to leaders and experts across Yara regions and business units.

The right candidate should have a higher university degree, preferably at a Master's level or equivalent, and strong project management experience preferably from top management consulting, investment banking or similar roles in industrial companies. Experience from large-scale corporate strategy projects, business development, or M&A projects, and excellent professional performance is beneficial. As a person, you are structured with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a can-do attitude and drive. You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and you enjoy working in a stimulating and international environment. English is the working language in the team. The position will be based at Yara HQ in Oslo.
