Our Method Engineering Department at Stord is now looking for Senior Method Engineers - Piping.

What will you be doing?

• You will be joining a dedicated team of Method Engineers and learn our work processes as you go
• Training will be given and you will receive a mentor to guide you while developing your skills
• Establish the projects main method philosophy with emphasis on:

• Establish, update, and maintain piping construction methods and sequences.
• Give input / follow up Design Engineerin where flanges must be placed in 3D model to ensure Construction Friendly Design
• Collaborate with Plan to ensure that piping construction methods are implemented in project schedules
• Collaborate with Design Engineering and participate in design reviews, focus on constructability

• Experience from Oil & Gas or Renewables projects
• Experience form Construction / Engineering | piping discipline is an advantage
• Knowledge of 2D & 3D modelling is an advantage (ex. Navis , AutoCad, SketchUp, Inventor, Solidworks, E3D, 3DS Max)
• Good collaborative skills, be a team player, with ability to motivate and encourage good attitude
• Proactive and transparent attitude towards team members. Focusing on honesty, predictability, and transparency in all aspects of work
• Committed keen eye on HSSE in projects, conscious of quality and integrity
• Fluent in Norwegian and English orally and written
