As our new International Sales Manager, you will play a key role in growing the sales of Zooca® oil products to B2B customers within the human health and nutrition segment internationally. Your responsibilities will include generating new sales, managing existing accounts, and ensuring sufficient commercial drive in the development of market, channel, and customer plans. 

We expect you to have:

• Education at university or college level
• Can demonstrate international experience and a strong multi-cultural understanding. 
• Proven results in strategic sales and new business development targeted at B2B (professional customers) internationally.
• Experienced negotiator and closer, including securing distribution agreements with international trade and channel partners.
• Good commercial understanding.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English. Proficiency in a third language is an advantage.

We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who is motivated by the challenge of developing new business internationally. You gain energy from figuring out how to break into new markets and establishing new customer relationships. You are structured, purposeful, and proactive. You have a growth mindset and a “can do attitude”. You can demonstrate a high degree of perseverance, adaptability, and commercial flair. You have the ability break-down strategies into actionable plans and successfully execute on plans with high energy and in a way that delivers measurable results. You tend to be patient with process, but impatient with results and thrive on doing both operational and strategic work.

Travel activities are estimated at around 30-40% of the time.
