Technical support to sales, operations, workshop and product champions.
 

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

• Participate or lead investigation of Interwell equipment
• Acquiring and structuring technical and operational information related to failure
• Participate in meeting activities (post-job, NCR)
• Create investigation reports, one pagers and lessons learned
• Case worker in NCR module and follow up unwanted tool events 
• Update ERP system with relevant information after ended investigations
• Project follow-up of product improvement
• Monitor technical observations and take actions to prevent unwanted cases
• Assist internally in connection with training of new and existing technologies / developments (training, presentations)
• Pro-active regarding proposal of improvements
• Technical support internally and to customers
• Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills
• Participate in meetings with sales / design / operation / QA / logistics

Requirements:

• Academic degree or equivalent technical education or minimum 3 years relevant experience
• High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and service minded
• Efficient PC / software skills
• Fluent English - oral and written
