Internal Communication and Engagement Specialist

Azets is looking for an exceptional individual to take on the role as Internal Communication and Engagement Specialist. This is a group wide role that requires strong knowledge of and experience with internal communication, including ESG, leadership-, employee-, peer-to-peer-, change- and culture communication

As Azets? Internal Communication and Engagement Specialist, reporting to our Nordic PR and Communication Manager, this is a new role to support Azets drive two important group initiatives ? our ESG activities and our new Five Year Strategy.

As Azets? Internal Communication and Engagement Specialist, reporting to our Nordic PR and Communication Manager, this is a new role to support Azets drive two important group initiatives ? our ESG activities and our new Five Year Strategy.

Working across our teams, you will help to shape, communicate, inform and inspire colleagues by delivering outstanding internal communication that will help to drive our employee brand, culture and define Azets as a great place to work. With over 7000 people and growing this will be a central role in the team to support getting our people engaged in our brand and recommending Azets to others.

The role will involve working with the following tasks:

• Five Year Strategy and Purpose ? improve how our people connect to strategy and drive up engagement and retention
• ESG programmes ? we have an ambitious set of priorities that all need rolled out and measured
• Channels and Platforms ? the role involves strong contributions in making sure we have best in class channels and platforms that will support engagement, including working with our UK team to manage group wide messages in our weekly newsletter The Pulse
• Measurement for Improvement ? Engagement measurement is critical to track our progress so tracking engagement and producing MI is also essential
• Engagement through storytelling ? you will use communication to help us celebrate our successes, telling our stories and helping our leaders to unite their teams across Azets, supporting our purpose to improve the lives of our clients, colleagues and communities
• External communication alignment ? work with our external communication team to align overall communication as our external and internal communication and delivery often needs to be aligned
• Transformation and M&A communication ? support the development of one approach to messages and engagement across all our acquisitions in the Nordics

The right candidate:

• Has strong written and oral language skills in English and Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language)
• Knows how to engage our people to communicate strategy and values in an exciting, interesting and authentic way
• Understands how to align internal stakeholders (including HR and Leaders) with our strategy and how to connect our people to engage with it
• Understands the complexities of cultural and language differences within corporate cultures and can demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for internal communication and make this infectious to our leaders
• Has some formal education within communication and experience of rolling out ESG strategy is essential
• Can utilise modern digital internal communication platforms to drive reach and engagement across our diverse group ? intranets, social media etc 
• Is driven, proactive, flexible and fun loving
