That’s where you come in as our new Head of Sourcing. We need you to guide our team to find the crème de la crème of suppliers. And we need to do it with the Easee Way as our leading star: Put people first, and money will follow. 

As Head of Sourcing you will have the global responsibility for suppliers and sourcing in Easee, as well as the caretaker responsibility for the Sourcing Team in Norway. This means that you will not only take extreme ownership of our sourcing strategy, but you will also make sure that our sourcing teams collaborate well with each other and the rest of the organisation.

Besides what we already mentioned, we think you'll spend your time on this:

• Lead our global sourcing team and start initiatives to improve global cooperation and scalability. 
• Take responsibility for implementing sustainability into sourcing processes in Supply Chain.
• Prepare, negotiate and execute framework agreements and contracts. 
• Supplier due diligence and supplier management. 
• Risk management. 
• Sourcing strategy in Supply Chain. 
• Cost analysis of Easee products. 
• Auditing existing and new suppliers. 
• Document and update information on platforms such as Notion and our ERP-system. 
• Price negotiations. 
• Continuous improvements. 

What we think is a good match:  

We look first and foremost for the person, then the driving force and last the competence. In that order. 

To lead this motivated and professional team you need to be a structured, yet flexible team player with caretaker qualities. We also believe that you are proactive and solution oriented, because that makes you brave enough to question established routines and processes. We need you to do that. 

We also think that you probably check most of these boxes: 

• Experience from a global sourcing team. 
• Know how to build purchasing teams in different countries. 
• Experience with contract preparations, negotiations and execution. 
• 5 years or more experience with strategic purchasing. 
• 3-5 years relevant higher education. 
• Familiar with ERP-systems, Tableau, Excel and/or other relevant programs. 
• Good communication skills in English.
