Element Logic is currently looking for a Customer Training Director who is seeking new challenges in an international environment. The position reports to Group Aftermarket Director and will be allocated to the Norwegian (Kløfta) or the Swedish (Lund) office.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Training Director, you will be responsible for developing, creating, and deploying training programs. Together with your team you will have the following lead responsibilities:
  • Equip customers and internal resources with skills to improve their performance and increase productivity
  • Conceptualisation, design, and digitisation of training programs
  • Development of training modules within solutions for intralogistics
  • Create a certification scheme linked to the specific solutions/products
  • Establish a Centre of excellence, together with highly skilled resources
  • Realization of commercial strategies
  • Improvement of the digital platform for more effective customer interaction
  • Personnel responsibility, onboarding, and resource planning


Who are we looking for?
You strive to find the best possible solution, and your work is highly structured. You are vastly interested in, and aware of, what impact education and training have in the field of logistics. You are reliable as a person and follow-through in every aspect. And of course, you have the desire to contribute as an expert within internal and external network.


Desired skills and experience:

  • Formal relevant degree, minimum a bachelor’s degree
  • Professional experience in a similar position and within digitization of training programs
  • Proven track-record within building and deploying training modules
  • Commercial and strategic mindset, with implementation abilities and skills
  • Strong digital skills, software knowledge, and focus on improvement and efficiency
  • Competent and confident appearance
  • Proven leadership skills and a strong ownership profile
  • Intralogistics understanding and interest
  • Professional language skills in English and one Scandinavian language are a must, both oral and written
