You will become part of our highly talented team of specialists in strategy and business development, product development, marketing, technology, and operations.

This available positions in our Operations team will be instrumental in ensuring efficient delivery of our products and services through our technical solutions. Focus being on our charging systems, processes, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive Incident Management
• Monitor our charging network, manage system performance and availability
• Ensure high quality Master data end-to-end in all EV systems to achieve efficient performance
• Be data driven and own root cause analysis to drive improvement initiatives enhancing the customers’ charging experience
• Maintain supplier relationships for optimization of routines and processes
• Own process documentation and technical specifications

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/IT/Networking or business-related discipline
• Experience from business operations where QHSE, Corporate Governance and regulatory requirements must be followed
• Relevant knowledge from working at/with construction sites and installation work
• Experience from AC/DC HV/LV installations
• Know how to work with reporting tools, such as Power Bi
• You have excellent communication skills and business fluency in English and Norwegian
