Have you just completed your degree in HR management? Ready for new challenges? Our organisation is growing and we have an exciting career opportunity in our Human Resource team.

In our team you will play an active role in processes and administration of all employment actions including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, talent management, HR development, capacity building activities, off boarding, global mobility and more.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build their generalist HR skills and experience, working with a diverse team of colleagues.

You will

  • help develop and streamline our HR processes
  • be the system administrator for our HR system
  • take part in recruitment processes
  • support the development and implementation of the portfolio of standard documents and policies within HR and ensure these are constantly updated to meet legislation, GDPR and best practice requirements
  • further develop our onboarding programme, conduct onboarding, orientation and off-boarding meetings
  • provide a comprehensive and professional service with advice, information and practical guidance concerning HR issues, including employment legislation and policy related matters
  • keep up to date with Norwegian labor laws and update documents and manuals to ensure IDI's compliance with norwegian labour laws
  • maintain an up to date knowledge of Equality and Diversity matters ensuring that the highest standards are maintained and fulfilled when developing HR policies and procedures
  • have your own HR projects that you will be responsible for

Qualifications

  • educated to minimum Bachelor degree level in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • you are up to date on Norwegian employment law
  • you have excellent English and Norwegian verbal and written communication skills
  • HR work experience is desired

Our work is done through a sustainable and needs-based approach.
