About the position
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Responsible who shares our ambition to deliver the best candidate experience for both new and potential hires. You will be the owner of all recruitment processes from start to finish, as well as all on- and off-boarding activities. You will be responsible for performing candidate searches and building our talent pool, while keeping yourself up to date on the newest trends within your field of work. As our Talent Acquisition Responsible you will be an important cultural bearer for Norrøna, contributing to employer branding and culture development activities across our whole organization.
The role is a part of our HR Team, reporting to the HR Manager.
How you’ll contribute
- Run smooth recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers, driving the full end-to-end recruiting cycle
- Perform and ensure top candidate experiences throughout the whole recruitment process
- Source passive candidates through various channels and activities, building and maintaining our candidate pool
- Contribute on Employer Branding activities with the ambition to attract the right resources
- Perform on- and off-boarding activities, maintain and further develop our digital onboarding system as well as improving internal processes connected to hiring, on- and off-boarding
- Support on planning and performing culture development sessions for our employees
- Support on various HR tasks

Qualifications and skills
- Relevant bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology or HR Management
- Minimum 3 years experience holding a similar role
- Skills in closing work agreements, awareness of relevant employment legislation and employment market trends
- Strong verbal and written skills in English and Norwegian
