Corporate Strategy Analyst

The position

• Be part of developing the strategies that will take us towards our ambition to “be a leading company in the energy transition”.
• Drive core strategy work at corporate level in collaboration with stakeholders from across the company.
• Develop the strategic agenda for the corporate executive committee.
• Develop material that facilitates executive decision making by cutting through complexity of an uncertain future and identifying the essential strategic choices.
• Provide impact assessment of evolutions in the market and competitive landscape through presentations and reports to corporate senior management.
• Ensure that long term strategic objectives are translated into plans and actions.
• Follow-up corporate strategy execution and propose corrective measures (check-act).

You

• Masters degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, Politics or Finance.
• 5+ years of consulting experience.
• Good understanding of energy industry in general and power markets in particular.
• Experience in strategy work and familiarity with the use of strategy tools and frameworks.
• Experience with strategy project management and facilitation tools used to drive strategy processes.
• Comfortable in handling a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Excellence in writing and developing material for senior management consumption.
• Strong communication and presentations skills in English.
