The HR Business Partner is a strategic advisor for our managers helping them develop their leadership and their teams. 

Role and responsibilities: 

You will be a strategic advisor, addressing the core aspects of leadership and people development, performance management and organization culture through excellent leaders and engaged employees. Advice, guide and support management in all People processes throughout the employment Lifecycle (recruitment, compensation & benefits, onboarding, learning & development, mobility, termination/exit).  

You will develop, articulate and communicate a new people and organization strategy - and ensure that leaders and employees deliver on that strategy. You will also play a key role in talent assessment, talent demand planning in line with strategic initiatives, matching demand across departments and closing gaps via strategic hiring. 

Responsible for compliance with labor law and local Telenor Group policies. Implementation of salary, bonus and pension agreements. Manage trade union relations and negotiations to comply with regulations 

Qualifications and personal qualities 

We are looking for you with a positive attitude, genuine interest in people, good collaborations skills and a mindset to provide good support throughout the whole organization. You should be self-driven and able to handle several parallel tasks and have a structured approach and focus on enabling the managers to independently run processes. 

You need excellent communications skills at all levels and interact effectively across organizational boundaries. Fluent in any Scandinavian language and English. 

You must have strong integrity and the ability to take on the role as a 'trusted advisor' at management/strategic level. You must be committed, thrive for change, and see the value of working agile within the People area, manage discussions, facilitating processes and make tough decisions. 

Education and Professional Qualification 

We are looking for candidates with a university degree, MBA, or similar. You should have experience from and high competence within the HR field and/or related fields combined with strong business and strategy understanding.
