YOUR ROLE
Kuehne + Nagel is one of the world's leading logistic providers servicing some of the largest customers in the global Health care segment. KNPharmaChain is a GxP compliant specialized service with dedicated, trained and certified personnel meeting the highest standards of industry. Kuehne+Nagel are looking for a competent and ambitious college to maintain our existing customers and lead our expansion in the Healthcare segment. The position allows you to utilise your sales- and relationship skills to maintain and develop new accounts for our specialized Healthcare logistic services offering plenty of exposure and individual development. Travel to both customers and internal business partners within Norway is required.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility for cross business unit (Air, Sea, Road) Healthcare logistics sales in Norway
- Acts as the single point of contact for Healthcare related requests
- Report in agreed intervals the development of the market, reporting to the National Sales Director and regional vertical owner for Healthcare
- Maintains close communication with customer and KN's operations to assure uniform understanding of customer expectations relative to operational solutions, timeline, costs and results
- Set, meet and exceed business revenue goals agreed upon with the Vertical Owner and the National Sales Manager
- Creative ability in developing sales strategies and solutions and in presenting innovative solutions to customers
- Rate quotations, RFQ for Healthcare requests
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for KN
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Required sales experience
- Preferred experience from Pharma or Healthcare market
- Able to maintain and develop good relations in all levels of both customer and own organisation
- Familiarity with latest developments in sales-management techniques
- Sufficient business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills and attention to details
- Innovative and customer focused
- Position require a clean Record (politiattest med plettfri vandel) as approval from Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet) will need to be obtained.
