Archer Oiltools is looking for ambitious Technical Tool Specialist onshore in Workshop, seeking the next step within career development. We can offer a good work environment and challenging work tasks within service and maintenance of Oiltools products.

Reporting line
The Technical Tools Specialist reports directly to the Workshop Manager.

Role
This role will be to provide support for the Operation for all Archer Oiltools locations.

Key responsibilities

Disassemble and washing of down hole equipment, including wheelabrating and preparing tools and parts for inspection
Participate in maintenance and housekeeping of Workshop area
Prepare necessary reports when there is need for investigation
Rotation and work within different product may occur
Responsible for sustaining 5 S to keep workshop area efficiently organized and equipped with necessary supplies and tools

Qualifications
Education:

Skilled worker license as Mechanic or similar

Experience:

Perforable with 1-2 years relevant experience in the Oil and Gas Industry

Personal skills:

Positive attitude and ambition
Team player with strong communication skills
Good mechanical understanding
Able to immediately respond to emergency situations
Strong QHSE focus
Able to work individual as well as in team
Fluent English and Norwegian both oral and writing
