Could you be our new Compliance Auditor? We are primarily looking for a person with experience from Flight Operations and ATO, with the aim to cover a wider scope of audits within the operational fields. Experience from Ground Operations is beneficial. You will be a part of our Compliance department and report to the Compliance Monitoring Manager. The role will be located at our Fornebu Office.

You will be responsible for

• The planning, preparation and conduct of Compliance audits and inspections.
• The follow-up of corrective actions and the verification of compliance. The scope of audits are mainly Flight Operations including Training and contracted activities.
• Other responsibilities include the follow up and improvement of the Norwegian Compliance Monitoring System including developing checklists and supporting documentation.

This job will be for you if

• You have at least 3 years of experience within Flight Operation Management, or
  • Aviation Authorities, or
  • Training Organizations (ATO)
• You have experience as Airline Pilot
• You have practical experience and expertise in application of aviation safety and standards and safe operating practices.
• You have relevant work experience from Compliance Monitoring/ Quality Assurance.
• You have relevant quality/compliance monitoring training/qualification
• You have excellent understanding of principles and techniques for quality systems management
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
• You have thorough knowledge of MS Office
• You have no Criminal Records

You are our ideal candidate if

• You have knowledge of aviation acts and regulations (EASA)
• You have knowledge of regulations applicable for Air Operations and Air Crew.
• You have knowledge within EASA - FSTD, Simulator assessment
• You are familiar with IATA (IOSA) standards
• You have previously held or have a current Type Rating B737
• You have previously held or have a current TRI /TRE
• You have had a previous management position in aviation industry
• You have effective planning/organizing skills, customer focused and analytical with good judgment, able to work under pressure
• You are a team player
• You are structured and systematic
• You have good communications and collaboration skills
• You can be persistent and promote quality
