Our Technical Support team is growing!

We are looking for an experienced and team-orientated Inventory Manager to play a key role in our Organization.

The Inventory Manager is responsible for the implementation of Company strategy in inventory management and item management.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

·        Manage item management and inventory control activities

·        Provide expertise and support to Procurement & Logistics processes

·        Focus on business processes and cost efficiency

·        Support Warehouse teams on inventory and procurement-related activities

·        Develop, implement and maintain stock strategies and min/max stock levels

·        Responsible for material storage recommendations and preservation routines

·        Act as a leader in inventory support projects and inventory check campaigns

·        Continuously improve inventory management business processes

·        Monitor and ensure system compliance with different regulations

What you can expect?

In this role, you will join a diverse and dynamic team of 10 persons who are providing day-to-day technical support to the FLNG facilities. The role will also be expected to initiate and lead various projects, with a focus on continuous improvements.

To succeed you must have relevant higher education and at least 5 years of relevant work experience from a similar role in addition to very strong project management skills.

Key qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and 5+ years of relevant work experience

·        Good leadership skills

·        Strong IT and analytical skills

·        Knowledge of BI systems

·        Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage

·        Being able to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

·        Great communication skills

·        Fluent in oral and written English

This is an office based position in Oslo. We will evaluate and interview relevant candidates on a running basis.
