The position
The finance team at Karmøy work closely with the operational units to support them in financial issues and improvement work and are responsible for the plant's budget process and the monthly financial reporting to the business area. We are now looking for a Graduate who is skilled with numbers, have a good commercial understanding and enjoy working closely with people of different professions.

Areas of responsibility

• Be an adviser and support in financial issues
• Follow up costs and results
• Follow up the plant's program for continuous improvements
• Budgeting
• Project controlling
• Reporting

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Finance or similar, with strong academic results
• Maximum two years of full-time work experience after graduation
• Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably fluency in a Scandinavian language
• Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work will be considered an advantage
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Good understanding of accounting
• Good commercial understanding and analytical

• Onboarding sessions as well as local trainings and seminars
• Social and professional gatherings with involvement from management in Hydro
• Dedicated buddy/mentor throughout the program
