Due to significant growth in our customer portfolio we are looking to bring on-board an energetic, service-minded and quality-conscious Recruitment Coordinator.
You will play an important support role in the delivery of permanent recruitment and staffing services to clients like Aker Solutions, MHWirth and Aker Energy as well as the nascent renewables companies in the Aker group.
We see this as an excellent opportunity for aspiring individuals looking to develop their recruitment skills in a high-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural setting.
What you will be doing:
- Working in partnership with a diverse team of talented recruiters and advisers
- Communicating with applicants and processing them in our recruitment systems
- Searching for candidates and supporting the development of talent pipelines, especially within technical, engineering and project execution disciplines
- Composing and publishing compelling job adverts in different channels
- Supporting the planning and execution of recruitment/attract campaigns & events
- Coordinating and booking interviews with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
- Arranging, conducting, and documenting professional reference checks
- Coordinating background screening processes
- Preparing and drafting permanent employment contracts
- Providing reliable administrative support, as required, such as collating and transferring candidate documents, raising invoices etc.
The people we are looking for:
- Are animated by recruitment because they understand that it is about changing people’s lives for the better
- Has a university degree and 1-2+ years of recruitment (or HR) experience in a support-oriented role

- Should have bundles of energy, and be prepared to work in a hectic environment in which the ability to prioritise tasks and take initiative is paramount
- Are comfortable working in multiple systems and have a keen eye for detail, quality and data accuracy
- Will bring infectious enthusiasm, determination and positivity into our team
- Must be good at and enjoy talking with people from all walks of life, and can ideally do so comfortably in both English and Norwegian
