Technical Project Lead

Qalifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree preferred in technical- or business disciplines or
• Vocational Educacton within elecrical engineering
• Additional Project Management education/certification is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in E&P industry, working for an oil & gas operator, service company or software/technology company.
• Minimum 2 years experience in leading project positions, delivering and installing technical/IT equipment
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cyber security, drilling rig/control system and topology
• Experience in project planning, execution, and delivery.

Function and responsibilities

To plan and execute initiatives of projects, and monitor their progress and completion.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the technical planning and execution of the assigned internal and external Sekal initiatives and projects
• Facilitate and participate in project meetings to ensure alignment with all stakeholders
• Act as a specialist and stakeholder for Sekal' interests in internal and external projects
• Create and communicate regular project updates
• Participate in pre-projects and project evaluations
• Support in performing presentations and demonstrations of projects
• Produce necessary documentation and manage information
• Work closely with R&D, Operations and product owners to align on technical and resource prioritization and allocation
• Working together with the R&D team using the YouTrack ticket handling system in the requirements and QA process
• Represent Sekal at conferences and user meetings when mutually agreed
• Within the framework of the Company's right of instruction, the Employee may also be ordered to carry out other tasks.
• Technical Project Lead will report to VP Projects.
