Admin Support/Document Control Pro-Arc
Responsibilities and authorities:
- Responsible for office duties, document handling, and ensure efficient administrative routines.
Main tasks:
- General Administrative Duties:
- General office duties such as filing, copying etc
- Assist Project Managers in project administrative tasks
Documents Handling:
- Administer all jacket documents for
- Review and verify project documents for completeness, format/templates and compliance with project requirements
- Provide assistance and support in the completion of documentation
- Establish and maintain a working file of technical reports, briefs and drawings - electronic and paper copies
- Maintain the document list and remind the originator before the issue date
- Distribute last revision of design drawings to all personnel engaged in the project electronically
- Register all in-coming and out-going technical documentation
- Distribute incoming documents and comments internally
- Issue technical documentation and comments to project DCC
- Establish and maintain an electronic file of Interface comments
- Establish and maintain a good working relation with head of Document Control in project to ensure efficient routines wrt. document handling
Interfaces and interrelationships:
- Reports to Design Engineering Manager
- Interact with jacket discipline leads
Qualifications:
- Sufficient experience within general project and base organisation administration
- Experience with Microsoft Window applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
- Experience with document handling
- Pro-arc
- Pims
- Preferable both Norwegian and English speaking

Location: Fornebu
