Arbeidsoppgaver

• Project Team leadership, management and development according to company values and cultural framework.

• Ensure successful development of the overall project from Planning for Project Entry (prior to DG2) to Concept Select, including but not limited to:
• Working within Project team: is properly framed, all key decisions with options and concepts are defined and developed;
• Working within Project team: that industry best practices and appropriate advanced technologies are applied in project framing;
• Working within Project team: Establish scope of work for the functions, Strategic Partners and Alliances;
• Ensure excellent decision-making;
• Working within Project team: Establish Design Basis and Functional Requirements;
• Work with Project performance (HSE, quality, schedule, cost, reporting), risk management
  
  Typical tasks can be:
• Stakeholder analysis and management;
• Ensure continuous focus on value drivers, and the development of such, throughout the project
• Drive selected activities and preparing documents according to our BMS
• Preparing documents for Decision Gates
• Learning and improvement across the project and towards other projects

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Minimum 3 years experience from projects in the oil and gas industry. Experience from Concept phase is positive

• Commercial skills and strong commitment to value improvement
• High focus on business opportunities
• Understanding of main disciplines within a hydrocarbon project, how they affect each other and inter disciplinary dependencies
  
  Personal Qualities:
• Have good interpersonal communication- and influencing skills
• Strong integration skills
• Team player with a “One Team” behaviour, proactively seeking advice and sharing knowledge
• Self-starter with a strong delivery focus
• Structured and systematic
• Have the drive to deliver on an “always improving” mindset, including new working methods and digital tools.
