DNB Luxembourg S.A. is a DNB subsidiary, entirely owned by DNB Bank ASA. DNB Luxembourg S.A. is part of Wealth Management in Norway. DNB Luxembourg S.A. provides private banking and investment advice mainly to Scandinavian customers living outside their homeland. The Bank also offers loans essentially to Scandinavian customers for permanent or second home in Spain, France and Portugal. DNB Luxembourg S.A. was established in Luxembourg since 1985 and, presently, employs around 45 persons from 16 different nations, gathered in the center of Luxembourg City.

We are recruiting a Relationship Officer in the Credit department of DNB Luxembourg S.A. You will be part of the credit team of 10 persons. We envision an outgoing, energetic candidate, equally comfortable with working in a team as with individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Sale of the banks mortgage product in Spain, France and Portugal
• Credit assessment, risk analyses and submitting credit applications for approval
• Be a driving force for safeguarding good credit assessment and risk management and contribute to ensuring that the division's lending is of high quality and is in accordance with current policy and frameworks
• Be in close dialogue with our clients in relation to establishment of mortgage loans making sure they have a positive experience when being on boarded as clients
• Work with Relationship Officers and Credit Officers to get required documentation or additional information from the clients
• Perform due diligence on clients
• Regular internal and external reporting
• Regularly control and update KYC files

Competence and experience requirements:

• Scandinavian and English languages are mandatory. French and/or Spanish would be an asset
• Experience from credit assessment and risk analyses
• Strong sense of providing service to colleagues and to clients, as well as being extremely comfortable and professional speaking directly with clients
• Autonomous, motivated, sense of initiative and ability to work with deadlines
• Microsoft Office tools' mastery
