The Digital Energy division of Kongsberg Digital delivers software and digital solutions to some of the biggest energy players in the world. As we continue to grow, we are now looking for two new colleagues to join our product marketing team.

The product marketing managers play a crucial and significant role in ensuring further success of our division and Kongsberg Digital as a whole. Together with the rest of the team, you will be responsible for building and executing a first class go-to-market strategy that will ensure the commercialization of our product line.

This role is part of a new division where the chosen candidate will have the ability to work autonomously with a high level of flexibility. This will be an impactful role and our approach in this process is to hire talent with the right energy and attitude.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop a thorough understanding of the customers, market, and competition

• Create customer personas and deploy to the marketing, sales and product teams

• Produce high-quality assets (e.g. videos, e-guides, white papers) to be used by the marketing and sales teams

• Execute on the go-to-market marketing strategy for new product launches featuring unique selling points (audience segmentation, messaging, defining online user journey, data management and CRM set-up) to maximize growth

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate product marketing professional with a keen interest in technology and digital transformation!

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant product marketing experience (approximately 3 years)
• A great interest in digital transformation (experience from SaaS or the Oil & Energy industry is a plus, but not a requirement)
• Good communication skills with fluency in English
• A true team player who sees the value in sharing knowledge and experiences
• The ability to combine a strategic mindset with the power of thinking outside the box
• Relevant education
