Project manager needed for projects that enable the green energy transition

HydrogenPro is looking for a project manager that can lead our teams to execute projects "on time" with right quality and standards. Successful execution and delivery of our projects is the most important deliverable of HydrogenPro to grow as a company and build strong relationships with our customers. HydrogenPro deliver the core components for a green hydrogen plant and together with selected partners we deliver the main process system. As the project manager you need to have a good overview and control of all aspects of the project, including costs, revenues, legal aspects, timeline, engineering and other factors. 

Responsibilities include:

-       Execution of delivery projects

-       Manage and lead project feed studies

-       Develop and maintain project schedule

-       Coordinate and report project progress

-       Project follow-up internally, towards customers, partners and suppliers

-       Project cost controlling, forecasting and status progress reporting all disciplines

-       Support sales in tender and pre-qualification work

-       Participate in improvements of processes, procedure, policies, templates and tools

-       Analyze and manage risks in the projects and mitigate risk and uncertainties in projects

-       Gather feedback on project delivery, record and implement lessons learned

Who are you?

-       Minimum bachelor degree in relevant topic

-       Experience in project management, planning and project governance

-       Experience with multidiscipline projects

-       Experience with use of project tools (ex. MS project, Primavera, etc.)

-       Insight into finance, management, legal and technology

-       Able to see both details and overall picture, strong planner

-       Great communicator and team player

-       Structured person who can keep control on many processes in parallel

-       Independent and resourceful
