Kongsberg Digital is a provider of next-generation software and digital solutions to customers within the maritime, oil & energy, and utilities industries. As we continue to grow, we are now looking for two technical advisors for our Digital Ocean team in Ålesund.

As our Technical Advisor, you will become a part of a global Vessel Insight team, where you will get the responsibility for handling technical support related cases from internal and external customers, including cases escalated from first line of support.

You will also get the opportunity to:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Assist L3 technical support in gathering case information and maintaining the customer dialogue
• Support first line support team during periods of leaves
• Continuous improvement and development of the process related to providing technical support
• Support and collaborate with different engineering and development teams
• Support commercial teams in Training/Demo of the VP application when needed
• Setup/Configure Application pr customer

• Higher education within a relevant field
• A key interest for working in the intersection between digitalization and the maritime industry
• Domain knowledge from the maritime industry
• Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
