Trainee, Attraction & Mobility in Corporate HR, Oslo

Our Corporate HR department is made up of business enablers who are the backbone to almost everything we do at Statkraft, providing seamless and value-adding work to the organisation and playing an important role in our mission towards a carbon free future. We have three key Centres of Expertise in Corporate HR consisting of People Development, Workforce Shaping & Culture and Attraction & Mobility. This trainee position will be based In the Attraction and Mobility which has responsibility for recruitment, internal mobility, employer branding, onboarding, and early careers programs at a group level.

What will you do?
As a trainee in the Attraction and Mobility team, you will take part in three rotations that will cover:

• Work with end-to-end recruitment across various areas, countries, and specializations including sourcing, pipelining, and analytics.
• Learn about strategic employer branding both internally and externally and how to do it effectively across a global organization
• Support our internal mobility strategy and programs on a global level
• Participate in various global projects including new tools and technology
• One of your rotations will be within another HR Centre of Expertise. 

Qualifications

We need new graduates who are motivated to be part of the green transition and welcome individuals from different backgrounds that want to help change the world with us. Statkraft is looking for trainees with the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions that includes:  

• Master’s degree in business/finance or Human Resources
• No more than one year of work experience post education (excluding internships/part-time jobs) 
• Good skills in presenting, communicating, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders  
• Like working with others and are motivated to help move Statkraft forward 
• Curious and open minded towards different tasks and work environments 
• Open to relocate during your trainee program for a period of 6 months
• Fluency in English is required (fluency in other European languages would be an asset)

Non-Essential skills that would be beneficial to have include:

• Ability to create social media content or digital editing skills is an asset
• Fluency in other European languages would be an asset (French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or German)
• Experience in a previous internship or relevant work experience (ideally HR areas)
