Byggfakta Group is a profitable and expansive group with operations throughout the Nordic region as well as in Portugal, Spain, England, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.


We now need to extend our IT support team with a support technician. In that role, you deal with error reports, orders, passwords, and other inquiries regarding our internal users. You run cases and solve them independently or take it on to the relevant person/team. Your daily focus lays within our office in Moss where you will be providing on-site support for workstations, printers, and applications. In close collaboration with your team, you will also provide remote support to our other Nordic companies to some extent. We use Microsoft Windows, AD, Office 365, Outlook, Lime CRM, together with other applications.

The role includes to ensure that user requests are dealt with quickly and effectively, whilst maintaining the high level of service that our users depend upon.

Byggfakta is located at Verket, the new district in Moss, and currently consists of about 50 employees. You will be part of a committed and social team that works hard together to create the best customer experience. Main responsibilities

  • Respond appropriate to helpdesk emails, escalating incidents and problems.
  • Support the users with their computer equipment
  • Gather key information and provide quick fixes for initial or known problems and process any incidents for resolution by the team.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries

Candidate requirements
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English are required. A good understanding for the other Scandinavian language will be beneficial.
  • Good working knowledge in application interfaces including Windows, Active Directory, Office 365.
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Norwegian-speaking, fluent
