NOV is one of the world's largest supplier of products and solutions to the oil and gas industry.

MD Totco is a business group within the Wellbore Technologies segment, and with our Downhole Broadband Solutions (DBS) and Real-Time Services offering we are focusing on drilling automation & optimization by use of downhole data.

Due to increasing interest in our products and services we want to strengthen our Supply Chain Team with a Logistic Apprentice to be able to deliver better service to our external and internal customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In accordance with the established curriculum for the logistic apprenticeship, including:

• Dangerous Goods Management
• Preparing Shipping documentation
• Booking freights
• Handling and receival of goods
• Packing and securing of goods
• Request for Quotes
• Expediting
• Inventory sales
• Purchasing (Inventory transfers internally within NOV entities)
• Inventory Counts
• General storing
• Updating of ERP systems

Skills and Experience Required:

• Necessary permits to live and work in Norway
• General computer skills (MS Office 365)
• Desire to develop within the logistic subject
• Structured
• Independent and accurate

Qualifications:

• Completed and passed 2 years of high school (VG1 + VG2)
• Language English and Norwegian
