Our Structural & Marine Team in Kristiansund is now looking for Senior Design & Analysis Engineers.

What will you be doing?

You will be assigned to one of these roles:

Structural analysis:

• Structural analysis, calculations and design reports of main, secondary and outfitting structures
• Checking of other engineers' analysis and calculation reports
• Documentation of strength and design according to governing codes and specifications
• Perform offshore and onshore surveys

• Design of main- and outfitting structure, including arrangements and details by use of E3D
• Extract of 2D drawings, MTO, fabrication information etc. from 3D model
• Perform offshore and onshore surveys

• Higher technical education (MSc or BSc) within relevant area
• High level experience with relevant analysis tools like Staad, Mathcad, Sesam, etc
• Experience from Structural steel design including analyses and documentation
• Good knowledge of E3D, general computer technology and experience from structural design
• Experience from modification projects in the offshore industry
• Be able to participate in studies, write a study report, and bring the study in to execution.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Good communication skills, both written and orally in Norwegian and English
