About You 

You don’t have to check all the boxes, but these are some of the skills and experiences we think are important for this role: 

• Master’s degree in law.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience (B2B contracts, compliance, risk, privacy).
• Experience from working within a global environment. Our company language is English and all contracts are in English.
• Experience from SaaS contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be to review and negotiate contract changes and addendums, purchase order terms and the likes from our many customers as they sign up, upgrade and renew their software licenses as well as maintaining and improving our standard terms and conditions.

You may also work with other types of contracts and other legal work like privacy policies, employment contracts and partnership agreements.
