Cegals Database & Infrastructure Department have leading competence in onprem and Cloud environments for mission critical databases, middleware, and integration systems. About the role
As our Database Administrator, your versatile tasks will be about securing our customers' database environment. And you will do this by:

• Participate in exciting transformation processes as a consultant in migration, installation, and maintenance of customers' databases on premises or in the cloud.
• Participate in project work with our customers, where you are a participant or manager of e.g., a lift and shift to the cloud, an upgrade or building a high availability environment
• Work closely with customers to understand their challenges and opportunities

Who you are?
We believe that our new Database Administrator will recognize the following:

• You are used to working with operational tasks related to business-critical applications on a combination of Linux and Oracle DBA
• You have designed and installed a new Oracle platform, optimized it for e.g. high availability, backup or performance.
• You are good at automating and structuring maintenance tasks at OS and database level.
• You have good collaboration skills and are highly motivated to work in a team.
• You are curious and want to be up to date on the latest trends and technologies and would like to share this knowledge with customers, business partners and colleagues.
