Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s corporate communications department in Oslo seeks a Content Creator with exceptionally strong English writing skills who will contribute with producing content and corporate messaging to all stakeholders, both external and internal.

Job Description

In this role you will assist VP Corporate Communications and the corporate communications team in the field of corporate messaging to all stakeholders, external as well as internal. As corporate messaging today happens in many channels, you need to be knowledgeable about, as well as be able to handle a variety of writing styles tailored for various channels (e.g., internal portals, LinkedIn, web).

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Write and publish articles, identify stories, and design messages that reflect the width and breath of Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s operation, including presentations, video, and social media posts
• Be responsible for the editorial calendar both internally and externally
• Responsible for content editing
• Update website / SEO
• Manage graphical design and video production
• Manage our tone of voice guidelines for digital channels

Qualifications and experience:

• A Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations
• Preferably 2-4 years of work experience in a corporate setting or for an English-speaking publication
• Experience with visual communication - photography and video production is an added advantage
• Experience from operational corporate communications producing content for external and internal purposes
• Academically strong with an ability to communicate complex issues clearly
• Some digital competence of publishing tools such as SharePoint and Craft is a plus but not a requirement
• Fluency in written and oral English and Norwegian as well as excellent English writing skills
