The position
Hydro Energy is the third largest hydro power operating company in Norway, We operate 41 power plants and one wind farm with an total production at 14 TWh. As a Renewable Energy Graduate in Hydro Energy, you will get the opportunity to take part in exciting challenges such as maintaining and upgrading existing power production and realizing new renewable energy production. You will be a part of a centralized engineering department with responsibility for large projects, technology and development and will get the opportunity to team up with our most experienced colleagues.

We will offer a comprehensive training program with the unique opportunity of hospitalization at our five production areas (Telemark, Sogn, Røldal-Suldal, Stavanger and Tonstad) where you will join large project- and maintenance activity. Training in project development and centralized technical support will also be given at our head office at Vækerø.

Areas of responsibility
You will participate in:

• Hydro power projects in study and execution phase
• Relevant discipline expert networks, internally and externally
• Development project
• Digitalization within maintenance- and operational processes

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering with strong academic results.
• Maximum two years of full-time work experience after graduation
• Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably fluency in a Scandinavian language
• Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work will be considered an advantage

Additional information
The position is located at either Vækerø, or one of our five production office locations at Rjukan, Sogn, Tonstad, Røldal-Suldal, or Stavanger.
