About Caldic Nordic Brew
Caldic is a full-service innovative solution provider for the Food, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical and Industrial markets in the Nordics. In 2020, Caldic acquired leading Swedish distributor of brew ingredients and solutions, Humlegårdens Ekolager. The joint companies now operate in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland as Caldic Brew Nordic, a newly created own division within Caldic. Caldic Brew Nordic now represents the broadest portfolio of high-quality brew ingredients and equipment on the market and supply customers all over the Nordics through both direct sales and our own webshop.
Inside sales & Customer Care
For Caldic Nordic Brew’s Norwegian market, we are now looking for a dedicated Inside Sales & Customer Care representative, to handle both incoming sales as well as proactively contact smaller customers to expand the business and maintain relationships. Some of the responsibilities will be to identify opportunities and improve the service level to customers. You will also provide support to the Business Development Managers in various tasks in order to ensure focus of the Customer Development Managers on developing the business at key customers.
Other tasks and responsibilities
- Handling new requests from non-existing customers
- Update ERP system with customer, supplier and product information
- Invoice sales orders and book transports
- Back-up to Sales Managers within customer requests, claims, material planning etc.
- Ad hoc tasks within administration, quality assurance, IT etc.
Who are you?
Caldic Nordic Brew is a team of dedicated brew-enthusiasts. We believe you share this interested, in addition to being a dedicated salesperson with experience from a similar role. You are driven by sales, but also comfortable with administrative tasks. Service and quality are things you always focus on, and you own the projects you are accountable for. You understanding customers’ needs and can identify sales opportunities.
Other desired skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years relevant commercial experience
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills, in English and Norwegian
- Structured, enjoys planning and organizing
- Proactive nature and customer oriented
- Genuine interest in brew
