As a graduate at Equinor, you’ll be joining 20,000 colleagues delivering oil, gas, wind and solar power to 170 million people worldwide. The position


People and Organisation (PO) build a values-based, high-performing and learning organisation enabled by the right capabilities to deliver on the business strategy.

 

The PO function comprises leadership development, employee relations, total rewards, organsation design & change, internal communication, workforce capabilities, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, recruitment and deployment, employer branding and personnel emergency.

As a graduate in the PO function, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself and gain valuable experience through various job rotations during a 2 year-period. You will work across the whole function and learn about our main business activities, processes, culture and people in our global organisation.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders and colleagues to expand your range of competencies and grow professionally. Similarly, we expect you to genuinely contribute to your team's success by bringing in your skills, new perspectives, creativity and collaborative spirit.

Some qualities are essential for Equinor. You identify with our values, open, collaborative, courageous and caring, which guide our decisions and help us succeed and grow. You make safety your priority and contribute to our zero-harm culture. For this position, we are also looking for:


  • Master’s degree or PhD with strong academic record.
  • No more than two years of relevant fulltime work experience.
  • Fluent in English and preferably a second working language.
  • Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.
