Our Norwegian production facility is located at Drag, which is known for its spectacular fjord landscape where the mountain sides plunge into the sea and the scenery is magnificent. Drag is located midway between Narvik and Bodø.
The IT Tech Lead is responsible for IT technical development across TQC. The goal of the IT Tech Lead is to maintain a forward-leaning position of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth with technology solutions. As IT Tech Lead, you will work with our business process owners, our IT team, and our vendors to perform this work. Professional development is required to deepen and broaden technical skills about the technology utilized by the company.
Key tasks:
Design and implement technology solutions based on IT strategies, plans, and proceduresManage Global TQC IT Infrastructure (computing, storage, network, communication both on-premises and cloud services)
Manage Global outsourced services (S/P/IAAS)
Manage Global operation and monitoring (log aggregation, monitoring, SIEM)
Liaison/Coordination between IT and OT
Technical lead for relevant IT projects
Support required controls related to internal and external audits
Focus on one TQC – supporting all locations
Participate in the development and maintenance of our Global IT architecture
Participate in the development and maintenance of our Global IT policies, controls, standards, and procedures.

Education/Experience Requirements
Master or bachelor’s degree in an Information Systems discipline or suitable work experience.
Extensive Technical IT experience, minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, working with complex IT infrastructure, hosting/operation both on-premises datacenter and cloud computing.Experience with virtualization, storage solutions, and networking, including firewall
Familiar with zero trust security model
Experience with threat detection and response, vulnerability management
Experience with security frameworks, ISO-27001/2, NIST or CSF
ERP experience (Oracle Netsuite preferred) .Language: English is mandatory; Norwegian is plus
Driver license.
