HMH is seeking an SAP Technical Lead Analyst with S4 Hana and ABAP programming experience for our ongoing S4 Hana implementation project. You will strengthen our team within digital technology and serve as a technical expert supporting and working on future enhancement projects post go live.

Workplace: Flexible for remote solutions within Norway; main office in Kristiansand, Norway reporting to Houston, Texas, USA

To give you an idea of how the role operates, below are some tasks you will be asked to tackle as an SAP Technical Lead Analyst:

• Design, build, configure and implement applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Work with a project team to lead data migration efforts for SAP S4 Hana implementation and with functional teams to understand requirements and transform these into technical designs
• Perform complex ABAP programming testing and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP modules
• Report on development status to broader SAP team
• Work with all IT support levels to resolve production incidents

In this role we think it’s important you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or STEM
• Hands-on technical experience with SAP S4 Hana and ABAP programming
• Knowledge, experience, or interest within any of the following:
  • SAP ERP module development (SD, MM, PP, QM, FICO, etc.)
  • ABAP development areas (RICEFW)
  • Debugging and change management tools
  • SAP Interface and Integration technologies (APIs, BAPIs, BADIs, ALE, RFCs)
  • Adobe Forms
