Arbeidsoppgaver

Rental and renegotiation of leases
Point of contact for tenants
Negotiation of supplier agreements, and follow-up of deliveries
Reporting, assessment and budgeting in relation to maintenance and investments
Draft and manage ESG plan for own portfolio
Project manager for maintenance and development projects
Responsibility for internal control and quality assurance system
Budget and performance responsibility for own portfolio

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Higher technical, financial or legal education, preferably with experience in property management and development
Collaborative and flexible attitude, excellent communications skills
Result oriented
Great capacity for work
Wants to contribute positively in a good and social working environment
Proficiency in Norwegian and English
