We are looking for an ORA Engineer to join our team in Oslo!

We are looking for a Operations Readiness and Assurance Engineer to join our ORA team at the Yinson Office in Oslo.

Role and Responsibility

• Administrate and organize required input from the operations department to business development during FEED studies and tender processes;
• Assist and follow-up the Operations Managers on operations readiness and assurance activities in the pre-operations phase of a project;
• Support the Operations Managers in meeting key objectives such as efficiency, operability, reliability and maintainability during the operations phase of a project;
• Assist the Operations Managers in defining, planning, executing and controlling the tasks required for safe and efficient operations of the FPSO’s;
• Contribute to a continuous improvement and development of the operations department to adopt to our client’s requirements. 
• Travel to our global locations is to be expected. 

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the Offshore industry, preferably in Operations;
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.

• Good at multi-tasking and working under pressure;
• Ability to take ownership of deliverables;
• Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills;
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and willing to receive direction;
• Flexibility with workdays and some travel can be expected.
