In the role as HR Business Partner you will be an important contributor to Cyviz' further growth and development. You will work closely with the global management team and will report to Vice President HR.

Key responsibilities

• Advisor to leaders and employees regarding HR related topics
• HR strategy development and implementation
• HR workshops and training
• Recruitment A-Z
  • Screening, interviews, reference checks, support and coordination with managers
  • Selecting and qualifying recruitment agencies and head-hunters
  • Employer branding
• Onboarding new employees
  • Welcome sessions with first starters
  • Standardize and continuously improve routines
• Off boarding employees
  • Exit interviews
  • Admin
• HR Administrative tasks
  • Contracts (global contract administration)
  • Onboarding (admin and payroll)
  • Update and improve orgz. chart
• Improve, update and standardize HR policies, routines and procedures
  • Employee handbooks
  • Reporting routines (headcount, sick leave etc.)
• Responsible for company social activities and events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or other relevant subjects
• 4 years + relevant experience 
• Knowledge and experience of Norwegian labor law
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint 
• Excellent Norwegian and English knowledge both verbal and written
• International work experience is a preference
